Donald Trump is unfit for the presidency, but regardless, he has a good chance of being reelected to the job.

Unfortunately, describing how awful he is likely does little to win Biden 2024. To many of his supporters, it simply adds to their attraction to the man.

Democrats need a Plan B to retain the White House (Plan A that was not acted on was replacing Biden with another younger and more talented). The Democratic establishment must get beyond their complacency and cowardice to dramatically change and up their game.

Harris in the VP position is dead wood. She should immediately be TOLD to step aside to allow an exceptional talent to fill that position to help Biden, particularly with his communication deficit.

Does the departure of Harris hurt the Black or women's vote? A few likely exaggerate it, and any downsides can be managed.

Another Trump presidency would be highly destructive within America and only superseded by buffoonery in foreign affairs, which would cause more lasting harm to Americans.
