Joe Dharma, you hit on solutions. Income mobility is a problem along with disparity of income. It's opportunity that is wanted and we would all be more prosperous if that happened.

Simpler than all owning shares is money from federal into people's pockets so they have a platform to essentially perform their best. We waste way too much talent.

I advocate a greater harmony between capitalism and socialism so they dance together without treading on each other's toes. Where an unleashing of one invests in the other.
