In the two-state solution, Palestinians would have their own country and administration.

Nothing would be easy, and excellent leadership would be demanded from Israel and Palestine, which they currently lack.

MBS in Saudi Arabia could be an effective leader in shaping what's to come and other helpful outsiders. The U.S. should play a significant role.

The ineffective PA could be rebuilt to govern, and a non-combative political wing of Hamas could be found (the transformation of the IRA in Ireland comes to mind).

It's unlikely Israel will completely destroy Hamas, but it could help to transform it into a political and governing body.
