The candidate has only to be likable and appear up to the job.

Biden must stand aside immediately, and a competition must be set up for a dozen or so talented candidates to show their stuff.

It will likely be messy, if not chaotic, but it doesn't matter. With willingness and ingenuity, the competition will be exciting, and Democrats can win the election and take America into the future.

Avoiding a fixation, any one candidate (and identity concerns) will produce the best candidate by convention day.
