We must not underestimate the capabilities of Zelenskyy and Ukraine.

Zelenskyy gave us a much-needed hero and an example of excellent leadership when surrounded by mediocre talent in most premierships.

Individual talent is grossly underrated for its impact on the world, and we would benefit by paying closer attention. Try to imagine South Africa transforming from apartheid without Mandela and even DeKlerk, coming through the missile crisis without Kennedy, or the building of China and the enormous benefits to America without Nixon, Kissinger, and Deng.

Of course, on the debit side, we have Putin in Russia, Trump in America, Xi in China, Orban in Hungary., and Netanyahu in Israel.

Then we have the big bunch of mediocrities like Biden in America, Cameron in the UK, and Scholz in Germany.

Biden spent enormous resources to keep Zelenskyy's head above water but never had the resolve to save Zelenskyy and Ukraine- a massive failure ultimately and a breathtaking squander of power.
