It's even worse than that Mike. Trump is not the problem but simply occupies it. Americans need to confront themselves and ask "Is this who we want to be?" The frightening thing is that should they vote Trump back in, then the last four years was not a mistake or aberration but what America and Americans have become.

Great journalist Tom Friedman of NYT had great op-ed yesterday "Trump has made the whole world darker".
