Inconvientient I'm sure, but chances are the money can be refunded. In some ways the policy is OK because it addresses tax evasion by limiting overseas havens. That said It's sure to be a headache for companies hiring American abroad.

It opens the case for scrapping income tax altogether (also tax on companies because such as Amazon which don't make a profit pay no tax anyway). We could shift all to a sales tax and VATs.
