Important story, JLK.

Eye contact and a "hello" also make a difference.

Studies have found that most people who engage in conversations with strangers come away happier.

I often take Ubers around Miami as a change from driving myself. I talk with each driver and regard it as a special fifteen or twenty minutes of engagement that almost always proves rewarding and enjoyable for us. I get the impression that most passengers don't talk.

Many thanks, and thank you for reading "Jobs, Jobs, Jobs."

Best.
