I'm not sure that the Black population has been neglected Luke. Sure there are issues outstanding. There is a danger of getting Black concerned disconnected from the rest of the population. Defunding Police was an example of this. Much has been achieved for Black and all Americans from the tragedy of George Floyd and we don't this to slip away.
