I'm not a billionaire and would have to do some colorful accounting to fit the measly millionaire catagory, but Paul Constant, I thinks you may be wrong here. The billions can certainly make those folk powerful but is not the usual driving force. Ambition to succeed and simply the desire to build things are more likely.
