In the democratic world, we are mostly free and safe because we have working laws and a justice system. Without them, anarchy reigns.

If a healthcare insurance employee has harmed or killed people, it can be dealt with through the justice system. But the case must be made and proven. We don't take it into our own hands and gun people down who we believe have wronged us.
