Hossein, what does a change look like? And what would precipitate it?

Saudi Arabia has a monarchy buoyed by oil revenues allowing complacency of the population to be bought. But this stability will be increasingly threatened as the world shifts from oil, from which Saudi Arabia has had limited success in transforming its economy.

What would shift the country to a constitutional monarchy with an elected administration? It can't be impossible.

Another U-turn by Biden would lose America more credibility.

Always Great. Best to you.
