There is a current licence to destruct. Not totally a bad thing sometimes to finish up with all the broken pieces on the floor. The Republican Party is in the middle of a slow motion, off the rails and down the embankment train wreak. It's full of in-your-face, fist swinging brouhaha pretending strength but hiding weakness and absence of ideas and management.

Hopefully while the general smashing continues there are some folks around who are thinking (people like you, Eric), working on and building replacements that are better.
