Unlike in the case of Joe Biden or Congress, money is created and not necessarily taken from elsewhere.

We could all benefit from a lesson on what money is. It isn't gold, tulip bulbs, or crunchy $100 paper notes, as these only represent money. Money is a promise to deliver and can be something previously not there.
