When I say likable, I mean a gravitas and appeal. It's extremely difficult to be elected president without this -- like it or not.

LIKABLE: Obama, Bernie Sanders, Zelensky, Macron, Bill Clinton, Tony Blair, Berlusconi, de Gaulle, and Donald Trump (although unfit for the presidency).

UNLIKABLE: Ron DeSantis, Hillary Clinton, Elizabeth Warren, Michael Dukakis, Al Gore, Walter Mondale, and Jeremy Corbyn.

Joe Biden is, more accurately, in the LACKLUSTER column in the company of Keir Starter and Olaf Scholz.
