Great leaders move decisively and boldly at critical moments (bold, not to be confused with reckless). Horatio Nelson believed bold measures were usually the safest.

But Biden is not our historic hero. He is always the incrementalist, missing opportunity after opportunity. Ukraine is an example of hesitancy, half-measures, and needing to take vital action when demanded.
