Joe Biden's legacy is toast. And not only because of gross inadequacy in Middle East. The tragedy in Ukraine continues largely because of Biden's failure to act. The careless withdrawal from Afghanistan was a missed opportunity to lift the position of women worldwide.

We have a president who is an incrementalist and incapable of bold actions demanded at specific critical moments.

Biden misses opportunity after opportunity, appears unaware and repeats mistakes (today's Iranian weakness, is an opportune time for America to established a dplomatic platorm with the regime).
