The massive failure is Joe Biden's from his initial go-to of sanctions, which were NEVER going to work, to inadequately supplying Ukraine with the necessary arms to WIN the war, to now resisting Ukraine's entry into NATO.

It was entirely predictable that the American Congress would tire of funding Ukraine.

The final piece of Biden's shortcomings is that he will be voted out of office and replaced by Donald Trump. This is because he wanted to stay for another term.
