Excellent, Katharine.

It's about guns, but it isn't.

It is about loneliness in the deep and broad sense. When people fear isolation and irrelevance. The place is more dangerous than the animal in the corner wanting to survive.

With time and assurance, we can climb down from this as individuals and as a nation. Overwhelmingly, most of the time, we don't need guns but confidence and trust.
