Excellent, Janice,

The mystery grabbed but was strung together by Agatha Christie as a remarkable novelist -- her sensitivities to characters, their strengths and frailties, their positions in a hierarchical system, how they met every day, and Christie's demanding challenges.

Impressionable is that Christie treated every character, of whatever background, to do their best or worst -- tipping one way or the other.

David Suchet was the best little "Belgian gent" and Hastings and Miss Lemon? Well.

Many thanks, Best.
