Brexit was an almighty mistake, but can the British unambiguously acknowledge it and make a correction? Getting back into the EU. I don't see the momentum for this to happen.

For similar reasons as Brexit, we in America got Donald Trump, and although resulting in damage (some unrepairable), it was for only four years.

America has a Brexit on this side of the Atlantic -- only many times larger. And, too few realize the danger.

As the UK cut off from its biggest trading partner, the EU, America is hellbent on the same with China. The economic consequences already exist for every American household and will multiply. But while even the Brits are not foolish enough to have an armed conflict with Europe, it is something Americans are considering with China.
