We have a mess. Mandela/Botha leadership is wanted for starters, but unfortunately, it is in short supply.

Work on a realistic plan that provides Israelis with security and Palestinians an independent country. Generosity all around would help.

A great impenetrable wall dividing Israel and Palestine is unsatisfactory. They need each other, and saner, more pragmatic members appreciate this. They share some common goals; sorting these could be a starting point.
