Excellent Cailian!

You accurately describe the reasons for Britain's significant uplift in food quality. The cliches about its dreadful food have been silly for decades.

London topped our charts in the number of memorable meals when last there. Diversity, imagination, and youthfulness count plenty.

I recall our Aberdeen hotel's enthusiasm and pride in having an Asian restaurant. And it was excellent.

Britain was a hub of diversity from the Empire's days—the closeness and mimicking of the U.S. in recent years added a "can do" attitude expressed in food.

Well done. Best to you.

I just published "Donald Trump, the Town Hall Clown?" which I invite your comment.
