Harris is a safe choice for now, and should she neatly fit behind Biden, they will likely find themselves in the White House. Just how helpful she will be to Biden in office is questionable, and biden will need help. Also, the choice may be confining for the 2024 election that allows a Republican to snap back into the Presidency. That's a ways off, I guess.
