Broader educations are helpful. Particularly in America, we rush into our specialty to make the most money which comes with the downside of not having a clue about anything else. We can miss out on the beauty and vastness of mixing fields when we know only one.

Physical, hands-on stuff we learn from and can apply with what we learn from books and vice versa. We would benefit by connecting a few more folk.
