The Biden idea that we desperately need to roll out charging stations is a misunderstanding and likely waste of money -- better to spend on broadband and perhaps glue for some bridges. The private sector will jump in with more acuracy to attend demand. I agree with you that gas stations will hit the dust sooner than people imagine. Actually learning from other more forward countries would save us some mistakes but looking beyond our walls, even for help, has never been an American strong point.

We currently don't have a changing whatever in or housing complex. But, I'm fairly confident that raising the issue, the landlord would provide the amenity -- it's in their interest.
