Excellent article, Anthony Signorelli.

Your article draws attention to what makes things happen. Imagination and leadership are two vital components; without them, little changes.

Most folk can't see better ways of achieving a task; when presented, an awful lot of coaxing is needed to get them aboard. It takes confidence, grit, and patience to counter the avalanche of nay-saying.

I've just finished "The Wright Brothers" by David McCullough, where flying like a bird was considered foolish and quite impossible. A most enjoyable read.

I wrote "Jobs! Jobs! Jobs! Cry the Politicians," which perhaps parallels your article, and I invite you to read.

Many thanks. Best.
