The incrementalism of America continues to be the wrong response to Putin's aggression. The dithering over deliveries of tanks cost six months of precious time and unnecessary loss of lives. We are on track to do the same with deliveries of planes and longer-range artillery. We will deliver them in the end.

The Biden Administration and Zelensky have to be on the same page with clarity of mission. This appears either vague or missing. There is wanting for excellent leadership in America and the West.
