Essentially, Caren, there is NO Republican leadership. That concept has been made redundant and wholly detached from their worlds.

Take Kevin McCarthy. A leader leads the group somewhere, in a direction, up a hill, and down into the valley, to accomplish a mission. But poor Kev has none of these aspirations or skills to achieve them. He will become the target of anger and continually dragged around, quite possibly quartered.
