Republicans perhaps need to own Trump -- get a really good grip, and then dump him. They would be doing themselves a service if only their thick, distracted or delusional heads could see it. McConnell saw this after he got his Justice Barrett installed but then gave Donald rope over the Georgia run-off, that he regrets and is now possibly taking temperatures of Senators who are up for the task.
