Greatly admire you inking a plan that can make a real difference to people's lives.

Covid (and Donald Trump) has made the timing right for something like this to happen. Your program is a leap but in my reckning it is way too cautious. It essentially targets the poor and an assault on poverty. The danger is that politically it can easily fail precisely because of that. Lyndon Johnson had it right in selling Social Security in that the whole population benefitted -- and not just a segment. An economic platform for everyone (or almost) is going to have much better chance of becoming real. Helping the poor is viewed as charity at best.

A more comprehensive platform can actually increase productivity (and pay for itself) by taking the pressure off our great engines of prosperity -- innovation, trade and the flow of people and talent.

Many thanks
