Ed Blosch, your point is a good one. To cover ground we have to muster all the talent of the Administration and beyond -- and, USE it. The key is harnessing and managing this to the fullest of human possibilities. And, while Republicans should be invited to participate, waiting in futility for that to happen needs avoiding.

Long ago, there was a battle between Diners Club (who had the market) and American Express (a new comer). Diners Club went on a linear track begining with getting its product just right. American Express went hell bent on getting customers and assembling the whole package similtaneously. We know who won.
