Since the Ukraine funding has passed the House, Biden can afford to step up support by advocating Ukraine be brought immediately into NATO.

Unfortunately, Biden is an incrementalist and incapable of bold action, which is vital in leadership. That said, don't place too much stock in Republican leadership.
