Dylan, I would like to share your confidence in the Biden Administration.

I recall Robert Gates' remark that Joe Biden has a history of being on the wrong side of critical foreign policy decisions.

It's comforting to some, but Biden is NEVER ahead of events, is incremental, and continually misses opportunities. The re-establishment of the nuclear treaty with Iran and TTP was left to wither, and we STILL have the tariffs on Chinese imports.

History will determine Biden's competence with Ukraine.
