Dylan Combellick, Russia is sufficiently strong to have caused considerable world havoc -- tens of thousands dead, millions displaced from their homes, tens of millions likely to move into food acute insecurity, and hundreds of billions in physical damage.

This is because of Putin and arguably the West's grossly inadequate response.

America and the West have to be mindful. Putin's aggression must be stopped, but a devastated and isolated Russia is not in anyone's interest.
