The speech had its slurs, mumbles, and kafuffles that are part of Joe Biden.

That said, it WAS the best performance I have ever seen from Biden. It picked up momentum as he proceeded and managed the Republicans beautifully.

In contrast, his interview with Judy Woodruff the following day was almost unwatchable; it was so bad. You would have called an ambulance to the scene.

Biden should NOT be running. But all the enablers are making it happen.

Donald's condition of being cemented in the moment and oblivious to the past and future, has spread to us all. Why can't we envisage an eighty-six-year-old President Biden? And remember how he came into office only because of Trump and COVID?
