"America is safe with me" is an excellent line for Biden.

Biden must convince middle voters that he is up to the job for another five years. This is independent of Trump's behavior, and comparisons with him are insufficient.

This is a tall order for Biden.

What is he to do? Take a cognitive test? Suddenly deliver great interviews?
