Actually this was significant. It came about perhaps more by accident than design but Jared Kushner had the nouse to see and grab the opportunity (and Netanyahu liked it because it let him off the hook with annexing the West Bank). The administration didn't receive the credit they deserved through their own fault of showcaseing it with all the crap. That was always a problem.

A big domestic achievement (that they also did not take advantage of) was the signing of the first Covid relief package which was nutted out by Steven Mnuchin (with enormous help from Nancy Peloci). The success of this gave credence to the UBI notion that can provide a way forward for the U.S.
