Will Smith walked onto the stage and slugged a performer for saying something offensive to his wife. This ia absolutely unacceptable behavior reminiscent of Donald Trump (moneyed, popular and powerful) and in full view. We can physically attack another person with impunity. Minutes later he was invited back on stage to be celebrated.

It was shameful that (forget the academy people and venue people) that NO ONE in the audience had what ever it took to stand up and say NO. This can not be. Will Smith is NOT to return to his seat but will be asked to immediately go home so that the Oscars can regroup and move on.

Regretably there were no such voices and Will Smith seized the moment (just as Donald Trump would have done) and got folks celebrating him even more.

Will Smith was no hero. And I'm sorry but you got completely the wrong end of the stick of what went on here.
