Dan Perry, the attention is rightly on Ukraine, but post-war Russia demands attention.

A failed Russia is in no one's interest.

All the sanctions are to be removed as quickly as possible, but if history persists, they will linger even with Putin gone. Sanctions and confiscation of property held by oligarchs were never a good idea because they pushed them closer to Putin. The quicker Western business returns to Russia, the better.
