The income disparity in the U.S. is addressed with novel solutions where all can lead better lives.

A huge component of happy outcomes is leadership. This is lackluster in America, promising in Germany, Japan, and Australia, unrealistic in much of Latin America, alarming in China and dangerous in Russia.
