So, why? Why is it that these two — despite the fact that they have objectively proven to be unpopular among not just the electorate overall, but the Democratic base in 2020 — enjoying these positions?
It’s really going to be Harris and Buttigieg in 2024, isn’t it?

Correction. Buttigieg won Iowa and was second in New Hampshire. The nomination defaulted to Biden when the Democratic establishment realized that Bernie could seize the nomination.
