Paying for retirement is a worldwide concern, and aging populations don't make it easier.

The pragmatic alleviation is to invite young immigrants to work and pay into the system. Unfortunately, most populations are less than enthusiastic about immigration. But, if immigration is taught as more beneficial than fearful (admittedly a big turn-around), then retirement payments can be met.

Increased productivity can provide more revenue to pay the pension/social security bill. The drivers for this are education, innovation, trade, and immigration. But we must move from the protectionist world championed by Trump and continued by Biden and avoid further Brexits.

I wrote, "Jobs! Jobs! Job! Cry the Politicians, " inviting you to read.

Many thanks. Best.
