Agreed, the "Loss and Damage" agreement is no small deal. It brings the rich and developing world to being more on the same page.

There is an enormous opportunity because of our climate challenge to bring all in the world up to basic living standards such as reliable water, electricity and internet. The growing nationalism, working counter to prosperity and security, can be countered by our climate effort with excellent leadership. That quality of leadership is vital.
