Christophe, Biden is not weak but is dealing with a weak hand that has been created over years. Particularly, the U.S. has been withdrawing from the world and this was accelerated under the buffoonery foreign policy of Trump. Activity abroad takes enormous amounts of public will. And we spent what we had in the "public will" bank with the misadventures of Afghanistan and Iraq (second war, not the first). When it came to Ukraine the bank was bare. We couldn't even sustain the engagement (no longer a war) in Afghanistan when we had virtually no loss of American lives. This I do blame on Biden.
