Chris, the West doesn't need this pretense of action, a declaration of "sponsor of terrorism." That has been used enough elsewhere, with NO positive outcome anywhere.

We should refrain from straying into the ideological because it gets us into trouble every time. Keep to the mission of ousting Putin from Ukraine. There will be issues with Russia beyond this that we can be mindful of now. But NOW is the time to be focused.

We want to finish with a viable Russia.
