Donald Trump champions grievance, and Biden can contrast this with aspiration. But Biden must define and relate this to Americans.

"Finish what I've started" doesn't cut it, and neither does proposing new legislation. He has to relate -- and that's what he has difficulty with.

It's not his age per se. That becomes the fixation or the point that all can agree on.
