Biden has never had a vision for the country and was elected into office because he was not Trump. He allowed us to catch a breath. And now that we have, Joe has little else to offer.

After Build Back Better (God awful name), which failed for all the wrong and avoidable reasons, Biden presides by responding incrementally to public outcries. He lacks the vision and intelligence to get ahead of them.

Crikey, Biden hasn't served half a term, and we have nothing to look forward to, apart from a general drift and lack of leadership in this administration.

The best thing Biden can do is announce TODAY that he will not seek a second term. America would not think ill of him and even congratulate him for doing so. The excuse can be his age and not boneheadedness.

The speculation of who would come next would be excitement leading into the mid-terms and keep the editorial pages on Democrats instead of Republicans. If Democrats can identify with an exciting young future President, they are more likely to turn out and vote.
