Caren, Republicans, and particularly Mitch McConnell have built a Frankenstein in the third wing of the government. It has little to do with the law and politics but, as you say, is about pushing personal views of Christianity.

Like Brexit for the British, the hijacking of this fundamental American institution can't easily be undone. It will be a millstone around our necks, impeding American lives, security, and prosperity for decades.
