Joe Biden has a flare for ambiguous captions.

"I'm not going anywhere" has become a favorite at high school gymnasiums.

The tragedy of this drama is not an eighty-plus-year-old daily diminishing his inflated legacy, but that Biden is eating time Democrats (America and the world) need to find a young and talented replacement nominee, of which there are many.

Worse, running the clock is Biden's strategy with the ultimate prize of almost certain defeat.
